Donaldson Company reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.45 per share, versus $0.43 last year. This beat the Capital IQ estimate by a penny. Revenue for the quarter, which ended April 30, was $608.2 million, versus $571.3 million last year. This topped the $580.4 million Capital IQ estimate.
Donaldson said it now expects full-year 2017 adjusted EPS between $1.67 and $1.71, compared with prior guidance of $1.60 to $1.68 and above the $1.65 estimate. The company expects fiscal 2017 sales will increase by approximately 6% over 2016’s $2.22 billion to around $2.35 billion, compared with prior guidance for sales to grow between 2% and 4%. Analysts are expecting FY sales of $2.28 billion.
