According to the data available with Argaam, this will be the first cash dividend by Knowledge Tower since its listing on the Nomu-Parallel Market in November.
In a separate corrective statement on Tadawul today, Jan. 15, the company said that the dividend recommendation is for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2022, and not on March 31, 2021, as announced in an earlier statement in December.
